Mr. Hansen is the Vice President with Engineering & Land Planning Associates, Inc. (E&LP) and brings over twenty five (25) years of experience in civil engineering. Mr. Hansen has extensive professional engineering experience, including site, subdivision and utility design, stormwater management design, floodplain analysis and permitting, dam inspection, dam break and dam construction, forensic engineering and septic system and sanitary sewer designs. Professional experience also includes preparation of bulk and use planning testimony, capitol reserve plans and projects at public hearings.
