E&LP assisted the developer in obtaining Final Site Plan approval for the construction of a 5-story hotel structure as part of Phase I of the commercial project. E&LP additionally provided landscape design and planning services for the project. Construction phase consultation and value engineering was performed for the project to ensure an efficient construction that would facilitate future phased development of the site’s other pads.
