The Perth Amboy Public Schools District (PAPS) purchased an 11-acre abandoned housing parcel to make room for a 500,000-square-foot state of the art high school to replace the district’s aging and overpopulated school.

The River Valley Waldorf School renovated their elementary school facility to increase the effectiveness of the education program.

In conjunction with OLIN, E&LP was selected by Temple University and Philadelphia Parks and Recreation to design the site improvements around the East Park Canoe House along Kelly Drive in Philadelphia.

E&LP led a design team through the Philadelphia Community Design Collaborative for James Dobson Elementary School.

E&LP has prepared landscape architectural and engineering documents including site and layout plans, construction details, general notes, and product specifications for the School District of Philadelphia.

E&LP is the civil engineer working with OLIN and Studio Ludo on the schoolyard greening project for Trust for Public Land (TPL).

n conjunction with Kimmel Bogrette Architecture & Site, E&LP was selected by Georgian Court University to design the site improvements for a new University Facilities and Maintenance Building at the northern end of the campus.

The mission of the initiative is to provide an affordable and easily permittable kit of parts for playground play equipment.
