Our Committees

The work of our JEDI Committee (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) is essential for cultivating E&LP’s positive and inclusive work environment. By promoting respect, awareness, belonging, and acceptance, we contribute to creating a diverse and equitable workplace where everyone’s voices are heard and valued.

The E&LP Tech Committee is guided by a subject matter expert. This expertise allows us to stay up to date with the latest techniques and trends in the technology industry, ensuring that E&LP remains competitive and at the forefront of innovation.

By leveraging our knowledge and insights, the Tech Committee helps E&LP to optimize its processes, improve quality, and enhance productivity. A well-designed mentorship program has a profound impact on the personal and professional growth of individuals. By providing guidance, support, and a nurturing environment, the E&LP Mentorship Program plays a crucial role in helping employees reach their goals and succeed in their careers.

Having a mentor is incredibly valuable for individuals at all stages of their professional journey. Mentors can offer a confidential resource to the mentee in addition to insights based on their own experiences, share knowledge and expertise, and provide guidance on navigating challenges and opportunities. They can help mentees set goals, develop skills, and make informed decisions that align with their aspirations. In addition, we view our program as a reverse mentorship where the mentor can also learn from their mentee.
