Our Committees

The work of our JEDI Committee (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) is essential for cultivating E&LP’s positive and inclusive work environment. Mentors can offer a confidential resource to the mentee in addition to insights based on their own experiences, share knowledge and expertise, and provide guidance on navigating challenges and opportunities. In addition, we view our program as a reverse mentorship where the mentor can also learn from their mentee.
