What Our Employees Have to Say

Alexis Parsells

Alexis Parsells

Staff Engineer

E&LP is a great place to have opportunities to have a voice in the company. Between committees and townhall meetings or one-on-one mentor meetings, there are plenty of ways to make sure your wants, needs, concerns, questions, or comments are heard. The Inclusion and Diversity Committee (IDC) is an open platform dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for every individual. Townhall meetings are scheduled to gather and discuss any recent happenings with the company and to see everyone’s faces and hear everyone’s voice. What I like most about E&LP is that my managers, administrators, and co-workers truly care about my opinion and how I am feeling.

Monica Wherrity

Monica Wherrity

Staff Accountant

Working at E&LP has many perks; however, their flexibility and work from home opportunity is something I really value. This past year I was able to travel to my parent’s house and work from there while taking care of my ill father. E&LP understood that I wasn’t able to communicate as quickly as I normally would while under these circumstances.

Matthew Popin, PWS

Matthew Popin, PWS

Project Scientist

Working at E&LP has provided me with excellent opportunities to help advance my career. In the process, I have made friends, begun graduate school, and advanced my knowledge within my field. During quarantine when most employees began working from home, company-wide games and meetings were planned over Zoom for employees, and group checkups were made by managers to ensure employee well-being. It is clear that E&LP and its managers care about their employees, and this supportive environment has created an indelible pride felt among their whole staff.
