The E&LP water resources group provides a multitude of services to public, private, and non-profit clients. Our team, which is comprised of scientists, civil and environmental engineers, landscape architects, and regulatory experts, leverages our diverse educational and experiential backgrounds to create dynamic water management strategies that are informed by scientific understanding and engineering principles. 

We acknowledge that successful solutions are nature-based and place dependent, and all of our work is well-suited to its landscape context. We also acknowledge that sustainable and resilient responses to current water resources challenges must incorporate an understanding of the impacts of climate change, including changing patterns of precipitation, future flooding, and sea-level rise.
