As part of the redevelopment of downtown Rahway, E&LP was contracted to provide surveying, engineering, landscape architecture, and environmental services for the construction of a 45-unit mixed use apartment and commercial building and a pocket park on East Cherry Street.
Spice Factory
E&LP was contracted to provide professional surveying, site engineering, and landscape architecture services as part of the construction of the Spice Factory in Flemington Borough, New Jersey.
Bourbon Street
E&LP provided engineering design services for the two most recent additions to the Bourbon Street chain of liquor stores.
TownePlace Suites Clinton
E&LP assisted the developer in obtaining Final Site Plan approval for the construction of a 5-story hotel structure as part of Phase I of the commercial project.
Moebus Tract
The 28-acre Moebus Tract was the largest vacant parcel remaining in the Town of Clinton. Previous attempts at development had failed due to opposition from neighboring properties and issues with access and site constraints.
450 Pompton Ave
E&LP provided site engineering services to 450 Pompton Ave Realty, LLC to develop a 9,000-square-foot multi-use building on a 1.1-acre former gun range in Cedar Grove Township.
