E&LP was retained by Chester Township to provide professional engineering services for a three-phase park project. Phase one is currently under construction and consists of parking and circulation improvements to provide safety enhancements to the existing facility.

Phase two is in the design stage now and consists of grading and drainage improvements to a portion of the existing natural turf fields, as well as the creation of additional natural turf fields.

Phase three is a potential future phase that involves the design of a synthetic turf field.
