Borough of Wharton Approves Wharton Woods Multifamily Residential Project | Engineering & Land Planning Associates, Inc.

We are excited to announce that the Borough of Wharton Land Use Board unanimously approved the Wharton Woods multifamily residential project during their June meeting. The project consists of 85 3-bedroom townhomes that will be constructed in two phases. Each phase will include a recreation component for the children in the development. Phase 2 will also include parking for the adjacent trail system and pedestrian access to the trailhead. The townhomes are anticipated to be constructed by K Hovnanian.
