E&LP is collaboratively working with the Monmouth County Park System to improve the Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park in Long Branch, New Jersey. This project will augment walking access to the park, ADA accessibility, safety, and overall visitor experience. Perimeter walkways will link the six pedestrian access points of the park with the surrounding streetscape and provide a shade structure and meeting area offering visitors shelter from the sun and weather. E&LP’s concept plans for improvements to Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park have recently been presented. The park is in New Jersey’s CAFRA zone that will require permitting under N.J.A.C. 7:7 for coastal zone management, which E&LP is leading as well as surveying, landscape architecture, civil engineering, and geotechnical investigation.
