E&LP prepared site plans to modify a 30,000-sf warehouse building in South Plainfield to install loading docks as well as expanded truck parking and loading areas on the existing industrial lot. NJDEP wetlands permits were obtained to modify the wetlands transition areas on the site to allow the parking area to be expanded. An additional entrance was obtained along the County roadway to allow for one-way traffic circulation on the site.
