E&LP was awarded a contract for construction inspection and administration services to oversee the redevelopment of the Main Street streetscape in Flemington, NJ. The historic downtown was proposed for new sidewalks, landscaping, and street furnishings through the busy downtown. Through many challenges typically uncovered in such a project, E&LP worked with the Borough and site contractor to complete the project within 120 days. The project was funded through an NJDOT grant with Federal funding, requiring extensive documentation and full-time management of the project to ensure satisfaction of the funding requirements.

At the heart of the development is the creation of a new community plaza, which will be the centerpiece for community events. Improvements also include new sidewalks, curbing, trees, benches, bike racks, lighting and fencing.
