Seeking to relocate to an existing County owned facility, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office engaged E&LP to upgrade and renovate its Meadowview Campus. A verdant site tucked between residential and industrial land, the Campus is centrally located in an area bound by the Hackensack and Hudson Rivers. The site’s adjacency to I-95 and proximity to multiple major metropolitan centers makes for a strategically located yet bucolic setting.

E&LP provided full site engineering and landscape design services for improvements to the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Meadowview Campus. The preliminary design phase included developing multiple alternatives that addressed exterior pedestrian circulation and building access, vehicular circulation and parking layout, and building services. A preferred alternative was identified and further refined during the Design Development phase of the project. The Construction Documentation phase of the project incorporated changes resulting from the Design Development phase, and resulted in final Site Plans, Grading and Utility Plans, Planting Plans, Lighting Plans, Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans, and Construction Details. E&LP will also provide Construction Administration Services during the construction phase of the project.
