The owner of a vacant tract in Somerset hired E&LP to develop the property for a 20,000-sf warehouse structure and contractor storage yard for their use. E&LP prepared site plans for the property, including a complex stormwater design to meet “major project’ standards. A wetlands transition area averaging plan was prepared to create sufficient area on the 2-acre site for the development.
