The Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office engaged E&LP to
upgrade and renovate the existing County Archive & Record
Storage Facility to accomodate the County Prosecutor’s storage
vault and multiple administrative offices. In close proximity to the
County Jail and Public Works, the site is strategically located near
other county facilities.

E&LP provided full site engineering and landscape design services
for improvements to the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office
Meadowview Campus. The preliminary design phase included
developing multiple alternatives that addressed exterior pedestrian
circulation and building access, vehicular circulation and parking
layout, and building services. A preferred alternative was identified
and further refined during the Design Development phase of the
project. The Construction Documentation phase of the project
incorporated changes resulting from the Design Development
phase, and resulted in final Site Plans, Grading and Utility Plans,
Planting Plans, Lighting Plans, Soil Erosion and Sedimentation
Control Plans, and Construction Details. E&LP will also provide
Construction Administration Services during the construction
phase of the project.
