This multifamily project consists of a two-phase development, consisting of a total of 90 townhomes with associated parking and amenities. Each townhome unit will be a three bedroom and served by public utilities; all will be market rate. Access to the units will be by a private roadway system that is owned and maintained by a Home Owner’s Association. Amenities include tot lots and access to the adjacent open space properties. The townhomes are contracted to be built by a national home builder.

E&LP is working on the project with various professional consultants. Outside consultants have been retained directly by the client to design the stormwater management system, retaining wall system, geotechnical engineering, and traffic engineering.
