E&LP was retained by Architectura to conduct a geotechnical investigation for a proposed Wheaton Mills Retirement Community. E&LP performed six borings at the site and prepared a report of geotechnical investigation with recommendations pertaining to foundation and slab-on-grade construction support. E&LP will be given the opportunity to provide construction testing and inspection oversight services for this project.

A former motel and restaurant were being repurposed and razed to create a three-story assisted living facility. The building is currently under construction and will be supported by conventional foundations and slab on grade construction. E&LP is currently performing construction phase testing inspection services.
