Employee Spotlight – Kerry Tomaro Earns PHR® Certification | Engineering & Land Planning Associates, Inc.

This week, E&LP is proud to spotlight Kerry Tomaro, our Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant, who recently earned her PHR® Certification! The PHR® Certification is offered through HRCI – the Human Resources Standards Institution. Specifically, Kerry’s certification is for HR professionals with experience in implementing programs with tactical/logistical orientation. The PHR certification, “demonstrates [one’s] mastery of the technical and operational aspects of HR management, including US laws and regulations” (HRCI.org)

We are extremely proud of Kerry for taking the time and putting in the effort to prepare for the testing for this certification. She perfectly exemplifies the E&LP value of taking the extra mile to further professional knowledge and skills. Kerry is always there to lend a helping hand and truly puts her all into everything she does.
