Congrats to E&LP’s Civil and Water Resources Teams for supporting our client, Sunscape Enterprise, in obtaining DEP Permitting and Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan Approval for the development of new warehouses in East Brunswick! The initial development will feature two warehouse buildings and various site improvements regarding vehicle and pedestrian access to the building. The development will also feature a robust landscaping plan with a mixture of shrubs and trees along the warehouses and the north and south boundaries of the site, as well as a row of Leyland Cypress evergreens along the exposed sidewalk. Riparian zone seed mix will be used in all remaining landscaped areas with a mix of native grasses and flowers that will further enhance the riparian zone. With this preliminary approval, E&LP is looking forward to continue working with Sunscape Enterprises to create functional warehouse space while helping to restore the surrounding land.
