The Villanova University chapter of the Society of Women Engineers hosted the 19th annual Networking Dinner on November 15, 2023. The event gave students the opportunity to practice networking skills and make connections with industry professionals. Keynote speaker Bernadine Cataldo gave an inspiring talk about the best “catitudes” for engineers to live by for success. Her experiences and advice gave encouragement to the engineers to stay strong and motivated in this male-dominated field.

E&LP strongly supports gender diversity in the engineering field and we are proud to be able to attend, support, and network with women in their early careers.

Interested in networking further? Contact our Human Resources Manager, Kerry Tomaro, today!

We are always looking for talent.
