On January 20, the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills Board of Adjustment approved E&LP’s Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan including variances for a Corby Associates, Inc. property that will be redeveloped in a single phase into a multi-tenant facility for commercial and professional office space within the SED-5 Special Economic District. The existing detached garage and existing driveway will be removed while the existing residence will be renovated in the interior to become suitable for professional office space to be leased to multiple tenants. A new driveway, ADA ramp, and parking area will be constructed to support the professional office use as well as a new 4,000 SF structure to the south of the existing structure. This structure will feature a 2,000 SF office space for Corby Associates and 2,000 SF of interior storage area for their pre-fabricated recreation equipment. This building will have separate parking and a solid waste & recyclable storage area with access through the new driveway from Hill Road. A stormwater management facility, consisting of an underground drywell system, will be installed in the southern portion of the site to attenuate runoff from the roof area of the proposed structure.
