We are excited to share that the Borough of Flemington approved expansion plans for Lee B. Roth’s Law Office at 91 Main Street in the historic Downtown Business (DB) District. The sustainable mixed-use project involves a partial conversion of the two existing commercial office buildings into one and two-bedroom apartments. Notable amenities and infrastructure for this Net Zero Energy or Zero Energy project, the first in Hunterdon County and second in New Jersey, include a self-regulating snow melting system under the driveway, roof solar panels, and three electric vehicle charging stations. E&LP has provided surveying and engineering services including site planning and permitting.
