It’s a Win – Westtown School | Engineering & Land Planning Associates, Inc.

E&LP is partnering with Studio Ludo and Metcalfe Architecture & Design to design a new Lower School Playground and green stormwater infrastructure improvements. Westtown School is a grade PreK-12 Quaker independent day and boarding school founded in 1799. The property consists of a broad diversity of terrains including 22 acres of athletic fields, a 14-acre lake, working farm, wetlands, and waterways. The playground is located on the south side of the Lower School building and will include features like defined spaces for pre-k and kindergarten students, athletic spaces, mini farm, and engaging play zones throughout the space that interact with water and the sustainable management of runoff from the adjacent Lower School Building.
