We are happy to announce that the Nelson Glass House mixed-use building in Princeton is under construction.[1] E&LP provided surveying, civil engineering, and geotechnical services for the project, including: Boundary/Topographic Survey, Preliminary & Final Site Plan Engineering Plans, geotechnical investigation, Stormwater Systems, Local & Regional Permit approvals, and construction inspection services.
This mixed-use building will contain one affordable housing unit and “an elevator, on-site parking, and an outdoor terraced balcony with glass railings. It will also be designed to LEED Silver standards and feature a green roof with succulent plantings.”[2] Moreover, the design will keep the “character of the industrial modern building.”[3]
