Recently, the Clinton Township Planning Board approved the Amended Preliminary and Final Site Plan application for the “Willows at Spruce Run” project. The project consists of constructing 96 Affordable Housing Units in Clinton Township, Hunterdon County. The project details include 4 Residential Buildings, an attached Clubhouse, associated parking areas, lighting, landscaping, and a tot lot. The site design included a detailed major development Stormwater Management Design, including Porous Pavement, Green Infrastructure Manufactured Treatment Devices, and Bio Retention Basins. The project is a big win for the Township, as it will satisfy approximately 30% of their current affordable housing obligation.
