We are so excited to announce that we are in the final stages of the Branchburg Village project! Our Engineers; John Hansen, Kelley O’Such, James Kaiser, and Eric Mehalik, have been working tirelessly and the team received Final Site Plan and Subdivision Approval on July 25th. With this approval, the project is confirmed to have satisfied the majority of the conditions from the preliminary approval and is on track for full compliance.

The proposed Branchburg Village will include:

  • 175 units and townhomes for sale at market rate
  • 40 townhomes for sale at inclusionary affordable rate
  • 26 senior townhomes for sale
  • 175 family apartment rentals at market rate
  • 31 family apartment rentals at inclusionary affordable rate
  • 28 senior apartment rentals

Other amenities include a community center, outdoor pool, garden, and park areas with passive outdoor recreation. The developer will also construct an athletic field on the tract to be dedicated to the Township for recreation purposes.

We applaud our engineers for powering through a challenging site and a complex stormwater management system design. Now, the team is working towards obtaining all outside agency approvals and collaborating with the developer and the Township as they start breaking ground to bring this project to fruition.
