Borough of Raritan Cannabis Dispensary Approved in New Jersey | Engineering & Land Planning Associates, Inc.

During a May meeting, the Borough of Raritan Planning Board approved the Middle Valley Partners Cannabis Dispensary site plan with variances[1] on Route 202, which will operate as Valley Wellness. The project involves the conversion of a portion of the facility to use for a cannabis dispensary while leaving the current owner and tenant use in the remainder. E&LP provided surveying and engineering services including site planning and municipal level regulatory compliance and submission.
