We are proud to announce that Jersey City awarded E&LP the Leonard Gordon Park: Phase I: Site Lighting and Circulation Improvements contract during their Meeting of the Municipal Council on 5/26. For this phase of improvements, E&LP will provide professional engineering services for civil, landscape, ADA compliance, lighting, structural, and geotechnical investigation. These enhancements will add green infrastructure, update the park to current codes, provide accessibility, increase public access, and improve public safety. The historic Leonard Gordon Park in The Heights is “notable for its dramatic topography”[1] as well as Solon Hannibal Borglum’s statues of Buffalo and Bears.[2]
