Chris Nusser

 Christopher R. Nusser, P.E., P.P. is a program manager with Engineering & Land Planning Associates, Inc. (E&LP) with over ten (10) years of experience in civil site engineering and site planning. Mr. Nusser has extensive professional engineering experience in site plan engineering, including conceptual site planning, solar energy generation systems, traffic circulation design, sanitary sewer systems, storm water management facilities, wetlands/flood hazard area delineation and permitting, septic system design and local and state approvals.

Mr. Nusser has developed, designed prepared and provided expert testimony on all aspects of site development plans, including existing facility expansions, site modifications, and the new construction of various commercial, residential and industrial facilities.

In addition to his site plan engineering experience, Mr. Nusser has specialized experience in assessing and mitigating hazardous soil gases. He has designed passive and active soil vapor extraction systems, vapor barriers and subsurface depressurization systems to eliminate the impact of the soil gasses on indoor air quality. Mr. Nusser has also prepared operations and maintenance manuals for sites to outline the inspection protocols, maintenance requirements and procedures for the repair/replacement of components.
