Kerry Tomaro

Kerry Tomaro is the Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant to Eric Raes, President & CEO at Engineering & Land Planning Associates, Inc. (E&LP). Ms. Tomaro began her HR career more than five (5) years ago and manages Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Talent Acquisition, Employee Retention efforts, Leadership & Development, as well as employee corporate events.

In 2020 Ms. Tomaro completed her education as a Licensed Practical Nurse in her home state of West Virginia and later earned certification in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), as well as HRMA of Princeton and is in the process of obtaining her professional certification through SHRM.

Ms. Tomaro is adept at working on implementing programs and changes to enhance the success of the firm. She enjoys building relationships and connections with all and has become the bridge between employees, managers and leadership.
