Happy Accounting Appreciation Day to our Finance Department! Today at E&LP, we recognize and celebrate the invaluable contributions of the team that keeps our finances running smoothly. Their commitment to accuracy, financial reporting and invoicing, budget management, and compliance is instrumental in the company’s decision-making processes and overall growth. Their expertise is truly the backbone of our organization’s financial health and success! Your dedication and hard work do not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

Scott has had an incredible journey with E&LP, from his initial role as Controller to his current position as CFO. He joined the company six years ago, and the impact he has made along the way is nothing short of remarkable. Scott’s unwavering dedication and commitment to our organization match his impact beyond the numbers and spreadsheets. His vibrant personality, quick wit, and great sense of humor have been a source of positivity for everyone.

Monica came into E&LP always looking to learn and grow in her understanding of Finance and Engineering. Having no prior experience in the Engineering Industry, she has impressed us all with her hard work and commitment to quality. Monica has been Scott’s sounding board for finance-related initiatives, and she has earned the trust and respect of the managers she works with each day.

Lindsey joined E&LP just over a year ago and at the perfect time. She had extensive knowledge of our accounting system from prior experience and was able to hit the ground running. Lindsey has taken on our A/R Collections head-on to work with our clients and project managers to reduce our “days outstanding”. Lindsey is always smiling and laughing, which goes a long way for our clients and other employees.

A huge thank you to Scott Briggs, Lindsey Vanblaricom, and Monica Wherrity for working tirelessly behind the scenes to maintain the financial integrity of the company and inspiring us every day!
