Congratulations to our civil engineering team and Principal Chris Nusser, our client Landmark Developers, and architect Jeff Fleisher for obtaining a Use Variance approval to construct a 40-room hotel to support the existing Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Warren Township, NJ. The footprint of the hotel has been adjusted to support distance and privacy between the site and neighboring homes, which was one of the key factors of approval [1]. The hotel will provide wedding guests with the convenience of staying onsite, while also providing new opportunities for the facilities to host corporate events. We look forward to the next steps in submitting for site plan approval.
