Happy Human Resource Professional Day to Kerry Tomaro, E&LP’s HR Manager!

Human Resources are integral to any successful organization. They’re involved in ways that many don’t even realize; fostering talent, ensuring competitive compensation and employee benefits in an ever-changing economic landscape, developing training and continuous learning materials, and let’s not forget staying current with compliance, workplace safety, and federal employment regulations. Our HR Manager, Kerry, wears multiple hats on the daily to keep E&LP running smoothly and keep our company culture thriving. From her normal compliance duties, Kerry is also focusing on company-wide recruiting, employee morale, and supports internal marketing initiatives and the finance department whenever needed.

Scott Briggs, our Chief Financial Officer, says, “Kerry is always providing meaningful ideas and suggestions to Senior Leadership, supports direct project needs, she does a wonderful job organizing Volunteering Events, and always offers a lending ear to all employees. She makes sure that employees are smiling and laughing and so much more – plus she is always baking the most delicious treats!”

E&LP and its employees are lucky to have Kerry Tomaro as our HR Manager. As our official “Office Mom”, we can always count on her warm and inviting presence. Thanks for keeping us running Kerry – E&LP truly couldn’t do it with you!
