Secaucus Approves Warehouse Conversion Project | Engineering & Land Planning Associates, Inc.

We are happy to announce that our warehouse conversion project at 425 Meadowlands Parkway in Secaucus was approved last month. The existing 7.2-acre property consists of a commercial business and associated improvements in an Industrial zone district, and the conversion will involve the installation of four additional loading bay doors and reconfiguration of the parking area. E&LP provided a topographic survey and civil engineering services for the minor site plans, municipal regulatory compliance, and worked with the NJDEP on the Flood Hazard Area permitting. This adaptive reuse project illustrates how warehousing needs, particularly for more populated areas, can be met by creatively repurposing existing commercial buildings.
