We love starting our summers by getting all the offices together in one place for fun and good eats. Our picnic area was perfectly equipped with open space for outdoor games, a pavilion to shelter us from the threatening rain clouds above, and play areas for the kids. It was so special to see our staff and their families connect in person. At the heart of what we do, it is important that we honor employees as full human beings, and therefore, creating family-friendly spaces. It helps grow our appreciation for the time each person dedicates contributing to our organization’s success.
