We are happy to announce that the Town of Clinton approved The Clinton House’s use variance and preliminary & final site plan. Since 1743, this historic restaurant has been a cornerstone in Clinton’s downtown, which is part of the Clinton Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The South Branch of the Raritan River is located on the eastern side of the property. E&LP provided engineering and surveying services: boundary & topographic survey, preliminary & final site plan including grading, utility, and drainage plan, lighting and landscaping plan, and construction details.
