We are very happy to announce that the Branchburg Township Planning Board unanimously approved the Preliminary Site and Subdivision application for Branchburg Village on 3-29-2022. This multifamily development of 475 units, with 125 of the units as inclusionary affordable housing, will include:
- Seven apartment buildings with a total of 206 units with inclusionary affordable apartments
- One apartment building with a total of 28 units for seniors
- 40 stacked affordable townhomes
- 175 market rate townhomes
- 26 senior townhomes
Other amenities include a community center, outdoor pool, garden, and park areas with passive outdoor recreation. The developer will also construct an athletic field on the tract to be dedicated to the Township for recreation purposes.
For this large-scale development, E&LP has provided surveying and civil engineering services including site and subdivision plans, floodplain modeling, NJDEP land use permitting, grading and utility design, landscaping and site lighting design, and stormwater management design.
