E&LP is thrilled to announce the completion of a multifamily apartment building project on Mountain Boulevard, nestled between woodland areas, open space, and nearby shops and recreation. This pedestrian-friendly section of Warren Township will allow residents easy access to the Town Center. The site previously contained an automobile repair facility.  Our project consisted of constructing a 26-unit apartment building, including 8 affordable units, and associated site improvements.  Following a thorough examination of stormwater quantity runoff, rainfall frequency, and soil suitability, non-structural stormwater strategies were integrated into the design as extensively as possible.

The Diamond at Warren apartments are now available for leasing with 1- and 2-bedroom open floor plan options, including modern features and plenty of community amenities like on-site storage and parking.
