E&LP received preliminary and final site plan approval for a redevelopment project in the Borough of Pompton Lakes last week. As part of a negotiated 2021 Redevelopment Plan, the existing office/commercial building will be expanded and converted to a mixed use structure with upper floor apartments. E&LP has worked with Jacob Solomon Architect, LLC on the project and provided surveying, site design, and planning services.
