Last month, the Town of Clinton Land Use Board approved the Preliminary & Final Site Plan for a multi-phase project containing a one-story meeting space building and a three-story hotel and Brass Tap restaurant on Route 31 North at the recently developed Marriott hotel site. Additionally, the Land Use Board also approved the construction of a fast food restaurant for which E&LP provided planning services to support the use variance. E&LP provided civil and environmental engineering services for this project as well as for the adjacent TownePlace Suites Clinton.
