Last week we were proud to attend Hoboken’s Northwest Resiliency Park Athletic Field Ribbon cutting. This multi-purpose field on 12th and Jefferson Streets is the first one opened in Hoboken within the past 10 years. E&LP has been working to provide project management, civil engineering, green infrastructure design, and environmental engineering to the park. Among the attendees were Mayor Ravi Bhalla, Hudson County Commissioner Anthony Romano, Chief of Staff Craig Guy, and Hudson County Executive Tom DeGise, and our President and CEO, Eric Raes, PE, PP, LSRP. We look forward to the rest of the park opening in June which will feature picnic space, a playground, a basketball court, and many other amenities that will serve the community. It will also serve as flooding mitigation with built-in infrastructure to detain and pump millions of gallons of stormwater.
