E&LP believes in work-life balance. We work hard and sometimes need to have a good laugh, great food, awesome music, and amazing people.  Our Oktoberfest was a success! All the effort everyone put into their costumes made the afternoon that much more enjoyable and it was a great opportunity for all of our offices to come together at our headquarters in High Bridge, NJ.  At E&LP, it’s important for us to love what we do and who we do it with!
