Raritan Township approved Pioneer Developers’ use variance and site plan for its 100,000-square-foot industrial flex space on Royal Road. E&LP and Cerminara Architect collaborated on the design and approvals. E&LP was engaged to provide comprehensive site design and planning services for the project which involved NJDEP permitting and the design of extensive retaining walls to make the property suitable for the use.
