At E&LP, we love recognizing our amazing E&LPeers who make us who we are. For our next employee spotlight, we have chosen to nominate Michael Tonner. We spoke with Michael’s manager, Wayne Ingram, to get the lowdown on what makes Michael such a valuable asset to the team:

“Michael approaches his work with a positive attitude and performs every manner of task (often odd ones) thrown his way with enthusiasm.  He’s often starting his day early making site visits or possibly standing in a dark parking lot at night taking light readings.  Whatever the task, he’s always happy to oblige.  In his downtime from project work, Michael also makes efforts to suggest things that could be done including assembling High Bridge’s new pool table in the spare building/future lounge as well as our outdoor patio furniture.  We appreciate Michael’s desire to help out in so many diverse requests and his commitment to the team.”
