E&LP is partnering with Sovereign Consulting, Ecotone, and SAS Geospatial to support the State of Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Division of Water (DOW) with engineering and technical services. The Division of Water manages and protects Delaware’s water resources. The Team will be providing support in the areas of water supply, surface water protection, groundwater discharges, and wetlands with services like geospatial surveying, site inspections and reporting, sampling, data collection and interpretation, engineering investigations and support, technical reviews, regulatory support, and public outreach. E&LP is excited to begin working in a new market alongside these amazing partners.
