Last Friday, we ended the week sharing knowledge and intention at E&LP’s first Vision Day. This company-wide event combined training with team-building exercises to reconnect and remain aligned with our culture and values. We would like to thank Heather Gardiner, PhD, Director of the Health Disparities Research Lab at Temple University, for delivering our JEDI baseline training, establishing common language and understanding, and guiding us inward for a self-reflection of implicit biases. We would also like to thank Chris Landau, Principal of Landau Design + Technology, for our tech talk, reviewing the features and benefits of using tools like ChatGPT and Land Kit. We are grateful for the recharge and even more grateful to have leadership that continues to invest in and support the cohesion of our firm. We enjoyed our time together and look forward to finishing off this year strong!
