E&LP had the pleasure of attending this year’s NJASLA Annual Meeting Conference in Atlantic City. This year’s theme celebrated the legacy of the ASLA and the innovations that will shape the future of the profession. Landscape Architecture professionals, students, industry leaders, and allied professionals all gathered in an atmosphere of learning, inspiration, and connections. We were delighted to also be joined by some of our favorite partners, Andropogon and SALT Design Studio.  Our Vice President and Principal of Landscape and Resiliency, Ed Confair PE, PLA, CPRP, shares that he enjoyed hearing about the DEI progress and initiatives the organization is making like the increase of BIPOC members nominated and selected for Fellow status. The presentations were quite motivational with many centered around new approaches to engagement, revitalizing underused spaces, and the overall success of the discipline.
