The City of Trenton Planning Board approved Andrea Aromatics’ 10,680 sq ft industrial addition and enhanced parking lot design, which is in the Enterprise Avenue Redevelopment Area “located in the northeastern section of Trenton [and] created to facilitate the development of an attractive, light industrial/commerce center.”[1] E&LP provided civil engineering services for preliminary & final major site plan, permitting including D&R Canal Commission application, and stormwater management design as well as a topographic survey. In order to solve an on-site drainage issue, E&LP’s design directed the water through the proposed and existing roof leaders that tie into the city’s stormwater system.
