E&LP proudly congratulates Ashley DeGrandis, LSRP, our Director of Environmental, and Kerry Tomaro, PHR, our HR Manager, on their 5th work anniversary! These women have shown incredible leadership, continuous growth, and valuable initiative throughout their time with us. Ashley first joined us as a Project Manager, and Kerry started out juggling many roles from executive assistant to HR manager to office manager with a few accounts receivable tasks. As they each continue to practice their specialties, they demonstrate flexibility and promise.
During their time at E&LP, Ashley and Kerry have made their marks by contributing quality work and making personal connections. Both have dedicated their time as mentors to numerous staff over the years and have always been willing to lend a helping hand in making internal events a success. We are grateful to have these strong, professional women as role models for our staff.
